Children's Event

All considerations for an event must be much more careful when it comes to guaranteeing success and safety among the little ones and their families.

The first thing to do is consider their needs and preferences to ensure they have a fun and safe experience. Our key guidelines to follow:

  1. Safety: Safety is the number one priority. We make sure the place and activities are safe for children. We supervise and establish emergency protocols.

  2. Age and Audience: We take into account the age of the children who will attend and adapt the activities and content accordingly.

  3. Attractive Theme: We choose a theme or concept that attracts and excites children, in coordination with the organizing entity, such as superheroes, princesses, sports, etc.

  4. Diversity of Activities: We offer a variety of interactive and playful activities, such as games, crafts, live shows and educational activities.

  5. Food: We provide appropriate food and drink options for attendees, considering their preferences and possible allergies.

  6. Charismatic Staff: We hire friendly and charismatic staff who know how to interact with children and keep them engaged. We guarantee gender identity so that no one feels excluded.

  7. Game Facilitators: We appoint facilitators for games and activities to ensure that children are involved and safe and that they are not sexist.

  8. Ample Space: We ensure that the venue has enough space for participants to move and play comfortably.

  9. Clear Communication: We provide clear information to parents about the location, times and details of the event.

  10. Gifts or Souvenirs: If it is a priority we will consider giving gifts or themed souvenirs to attendees at the end of the event.

  11. Rest Area: Includes a quiet area for parents or caregivers who may need a break.

  12. Accessibility: We will ensure that the venue is accessible to children with disabilities and that their special needs are met.

  13. Post-Event Evaluation: We will collect feedback from parents and caregivers to identify areas for improvement in future events.

The key to treating an event for children is to create a happy, safe and stimulating environment that encourages fun and participation. Events must be planned that are not sexist. Detailed planning and attention to detail are essential to achieve this.
